Job Description - Digital Support Analyst

If you said yes to the above, we are looking for you! We are looking for our new Digital Support Analyst to join our fantastic organization. Being in charge of delivering & implementation of digital solutions for one of New Zealand's largest medical services provider, no day will be the same.

Tāmaki Health is a strong network of over 40 clinics delivering care through our affiliated general practices, urgent care clinics, specialist centers, and occupational health clinics. Through our clinic brands including Local Doctors and White Cross, we serve New Zealand's communities with the highest standard of GP and Urgent Care.

About the position

The Digital Support Analyst is a key player to our organisation, your main goal is to not only trouble shoot systems inefficiencies for our organization but also to optimize the entire user experience.

The successful candidate will have strong experience of Deliver and securely operate, maintain, monitor, and manage technology support operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver, operate, and implement digital solutions & troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with all digital teams and relevant frameworks to provide information on digital site services.
  • Work with external service providers to securely operate, maintain, monitor, and manage all digital systems and services.
  • Ensure risks and issues are identified and reported on a continual basis to the functional lead, ensuring customer-focused delivery.
  • Collate and deliver information to monitor and maintain digital services reports and processes.

You will need to have:

  • Qualification in information technology, computer science or similar or equivalent industry experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate and implement digital operations across several geographical locations
  • Ability to communicate complex technical problems effectively and concisely in language and concepts customers can understand.
  • Ability to problem-solve difficult issues to arrive at a technical solution that meets the business needs.
  • Knowledge of delivery, implementation, and operation of new digital solutions.
  • Knowledge in Citrix & Microsoft 365 troubleshooting will be advantageous. 
  • Someone who is committed to the principles of health equity and cultural competency and who is able to demonstrate an understanding of Māori tikanga and kawa and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
