Direct Marketing Manager​

​​A global, enterprise brand is looking for a senior, data-driven marketer to drive its large direct marketing programmes. ​

ABOUT THE ROLE  

​​In this role, you’ll develop the Customer Lifecycle Management programme across a range of premium products. Leading a team of 2-3 Direct Marketing Specialists, you’ll be pivotal in planning and optimising direct marketing initiatives across the product suite, which is mainly B2C but there’s a little bit of B2B in there, too. This senior role demands strategic vision, commercial acumen, and a data-driven approach to drive value from the brand’s existing customer base. You’ll work closely with different product owners and other senior people in the business, so your strong stakeholder management skills and subject matter expertise will be highly valued.​ 

• Create and implement direct marketing plans. 
• Manage and mentor 2-3 Direct Marketing Specialists. 
• Drive and  enhance the Customer Lifecycle Management programme. 
• Evaluate marketing initiatives and optimise based on data-driven insights.  
• Plan and optimise omni-channel marketing campaigns.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE  

​​For this senior role, you’ll need significant experience in data-driven direct marketing, coupled with exceptional commercial acumen and a strategic mindset. Proficiency in customer value management and lifecycle programmes is essential, as are strong leadership skills to mentor your team effectively. You must be adept at collaborating across departments and thrive on innovation, demonstrating excellent analytical abilities and a hands-on approach to achieve key revenue and retention goals.​ 

• Proficiency in customer value management and lifecycle programmes. 
• Strong ability to drive revenue and optimise marketing initiatives. 
• Experience managing and mentoring a team effectively. 
• Ability to work seamlessly with various teams. 
• Excellent ability to evaluate and optimise marketing performance based on data.
