Role: Director Managed Services
Eligibility: Residency holder / citizenship of NZ or Australia (the role is not sponsored) Job Responsibilities:
· Manage the business relationship with customer, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Managing expectations and feedback
· Virtual Management/Development/Coaching of an off-site team
· Deliver outcomes that exceed the needs of Senior Stakeholders
· Ensure consistent analyst processes and service level across accounts.
· Review/Creation/Improvement/Implementation of processes across all categories of the customer service, ensuring continuous improvement of the service
· Understanding new process requirements and executing process change.
· Holding workshops/coaching sessions with customer
· Virtual training of new Algo resources
· This role may include managing a department for Inventory Management
· This role may include coaching for customer Planning Teams
· This role may include project management of small projects
· This is an on-site role based at the customer office
