Rotorua Girls’ High - Te Kura o Rautāwhiri is looking for a mature and dynamic Director of Boarding to supervise students from Years 9-13 and provide strong leadership to hostel staff.  The position is full time 40+ hours per week days and rosters to be negotiated. Onsite accommodation is available.

• A varied and dynamic role
• Particular set of networks and experiences that support the development of young women from all cultures with a particular strength for working with Māori
• Responsible for all aspects of the operational management
• Ensuring boarding is following our established policies and procedures
• Maintaining communication and relationships with parents and our wider school community
• You must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand to be considered for this role
• Successful candidate will be required to undergo mandatory police vetting
