About the Role
The Director of Extra-Curricular Arts is a permanent full-time teaching position responsible for leading and growing a vibrant extra-curricular arts programme that inspires student participation, creativity, and excellence, grounded in the school’s Christian special character. Working across both campuses with Year 1-13 students, the role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, including overseeing major events, developing partnerships, and contributing to teaching within the arts while modelling and supporting the values of the school.
The role sits within the school's Senior Leadership Team and carries 3 units. The teaching allocation is 0.3 FTE within the arts with the remaining 0.7 FTE dedicated to the Director of Extra-Curricular Arts responsibilities.
