This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your contributions will directly support the successful delivery of registers in Aotearoa New Zealand and overseas.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the successful delivery of projects while ensuring consistent, high-quality project management standards across the organisation. This role combines strategic oversight, hands-on project delivery, and people leadership to achieve business objectives and client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Leadership
Maintain and enhance global project management standards, processes, and best practices
Collaborate with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement across delivery functions
Ensure effective resource planning and team collaboration across business functions and regions
Capture lessons learned and embed improvements into processes and tools
People Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams aligned with company strategy and values
Set clear goals, manage performance, and support career development
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and balanced team environment
Project Delivery & Management
Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Develop delivery plans, statements of work, and manage scope, risks, and resources
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless project outcomes
Governance & Reporting
Ensure accurate project tracking, documentation, and reporting
Provide timely, high-quality reports on progress, risks, and financial performance
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and reporting KPIs
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
