Dispatcher Manager Role:

We are looking for a person who has the desire and ability to work with our drivers and offsiders to ensure the business delivers outstanding service to our customers.  You must have a passion for maximising efficiency and getting things done right the first time.

A big part of the role would be serving as a central contact point for drivers, offsiders, and customers.  You will need to be able to juggle multiple tasks, people, and deadlines in order to run the day-to-day operations of the business in dispatching.

Experience required:

• Experience in logistics & route planning to increase efficiency of deliveries.
• Multi-tasking and adaptability are essential for this role.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent time management.
• Understand the core principles of dispatching.
• Experience with running a team and leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with your team, warehouses, and our customers.
• An understanding of loading trucks and warehousing.
• Physically fit as lifting is involved.
• Ability to build strong relationships with our customers.
• Possible experience with ICOS and EROAD.
• Class 2 license would be an added bonus but not essential.
