Dispensary Manager/Senior Pharmacist - Get Hired Fast

We are a small family run community pharmacy and a licensee of the Unichem brand. We have a wonderfully diverse and vibrant demographic of patients and Brooklyn is a lively village located just on the city belt five minutes from anywhere in the central city. We go out of our way to deliver community pharmacy care with kindness and support for those that need it and pride ourselves on going the extra mile when necessary. There is a wonderful existing staff. Our retail staff have more than over 110 years in the pharmacy industry experience combined! It is magic to have their support. And we have a pretty dynamic dispensary team. But most of all we enjoy our work and have fun while we do what we do. We have a very close relationship with both Brooklyn Central Medical Centre and Brooklyn Medical Centre just a few doors along the road and it is satisfying to have this professional community.

The role will initially be to establish a good dispensary workflow and roles for our existing staff and support to get good stock control and systems up and running. Longterm it will include being a preceptor to an intern in 2025 should we find a suitable candidate. You will not need to do rosters or manage staff. You will be well supported by the owner operator pharmacist who has done every role for periods of time and understands the community, workplace and dispensary.
