He aha tāu e mahi ana | What You’ll Be doing:
Reporting to the Sales Manager this is both a strategic leadership and hands on operational role, responsible for managing and mentoring a team of 5. You will be accountable for domestic sales across wholesale and foodservice customers for Inshore & Aquaculture.
This is a fast paced, highly commercial role, with accountability for the daily management of a significant portfolio, with a focus on delivering premium service, supporting the team to drive profitability and regional growth for the Inshore & Aquaculture businesses.

As a brand and product ambassador you will ensure Moana NZ’s brand and reputation is safeguarded.
No day is the same at Moana, so be prepared to be on the go, juggle multiple priorities and collaborate with a wide variety of people. You will lead by example, be a doer as well as coach and mentor and be comfortable working with ambiguity, and nimble to last minute changes and redirection.
You will bring 5-8 years proven leadership, and key account management and sales expertise within fresh foods and/or FMCG. You must have managed and worked with large scale domestic food service and wholesale customers.
You will be a natural leader and senior sales professional, who is intuitive and resourceful and has the tenacity to always find a way and make things happen. You will thrive as a people manager and have an adaptable working style, with the ability to effortlessly handle last minute requests and changes
You must be living in NZ, legally able to work to be eligible for this role.
