ABOUT THE ROLE
Not-for-profit based in Wiri seeks an experienced Accounts Administrator to join the business immediately on a contract. The primary focus of the role is accounts receivables - processing donations received via mail, bank and online, answer any transaction related questions and assist finance team when required.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar
- Qualifications in bookkeeping, accounting or business Admin highly sought
- Familiar with cash handling, receipting and banking
- Strong data entry and intermediate excel skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
