Driver/Branch Support & Inside Sales

The Driver/Branch Support & Inside Sales role is responsible for the safe and timely delivery and collection of goods while supporting branch operations through warehouse assistance, customer interaction and inside sales support.

Acting as a mobile extension of the branch, the role plays an important part in maintaining strong customer service standards, assisting with stock coordination and supporting the branch team during busy periods.

The position also helps identify and communicate customer needs or opportunities back to the branch and sales team. Success in this role comes from reliability, accuracy, a strong customer focus and a proactive approach to supporting both the branch and its customers.
