The Good Home Lincoln is a stylish gastro pub with an awesome menu, atmosphere and a great line up of events on a weekly basis.

The role:

Join our team as a full time Duty Manager and unleash your leadership potential in a customer-centric role. Lead by example, inspire your team members, and create memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service.

  • Take charge of a dynamic gastro pub as a Duty Manager, leading and inspiring a team of passionate individuals.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences by overseeing operations, managing staff, and maintaining a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.
  • Showcase your leadership skills by implementing effective strategies, driving sales growth, and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Foster a positive work environment by providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members.
  • Uphold compliance with industry regulations, including liquor licensing laws, while delivering outstanding service and promoting a safe and enjoyable environment for both staff and customers.

About you: 

  • Proven prior experience in a Duty Manager role at a hospitality venue, demonstrating strong leadership and operational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor, able to confidently engage with customers and deliver exceptional service.
  • Proven ability to work independently with a strong work ethic, taking initiative and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong team player, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues to achieve common goals and create a positive work environment.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven individual, constantly striving for excellence and achieving measurable results.
  • Valid LCQ/GM certificate essential.
