  • Charlotte Smith – Classic Product Owner. Charlotte leads the team from a product perspective, pushing the product forward, staying innovative, and listening to what New Zealand customers want.
  • Your team leader, Shelley Toganivalu, will be a constant source of support to ensure you feel confident, capable, and accountable in your role.

To succeed in the role, you will:

  • Have enthusiasm for creating exciting and engaging new resource content for the ECE sector.
  • Have knowledge and experience in teaching within an early childhood setting.
  • Be able to work collaboratively with content editors and other production team members.
  • Be open to receiving feedback throughout the different production stages.
  • Be committed to representing diversity, sensitivity, and inclusion through the work you produce.
  • Be aware of and implement Twinkl Brand guidelines.
  • Demonstrate awareness of gaps in the content market and look for opportunities to expand our offerings
  • Be self-motivated to work independently to complete your hours and priorities each week.

We're interested in anyone who meets one or a combination of the following:

  • Qualifications: undergraduate or postgraduate in early childhood education or primary education or an appropriate equivalent degree.
