About You | Mōu 

• A recognised New Zealand ECE or Primary teaching qualification with current NZ registration. 

• Warm communication style and the ability to build strong relationships. 

• Proactive spirit and the integrity to act in ways that are fair and ethical. 

• Passion for the NZ national curriculum and a drive to share fresh, creative ideas. 

• Confidence using digital tools to document learning and stay connected with families.

Our three age-specific rooms support meaningful tuakana-teina relationships and create opportunities for engaged learning. As a kaiako, you’ll be supported to empower children to lead their own learning, using thoughtfully curated, open-ended natural resources that foster curiosity, confidence, and joyful learning experiences.
