Our centre is designed to foster creativity and social interaction, featuring unique outdoor areas like our own toddler bike track and a highly regarded transition to school programme with local partners like Te Mata and Hereworth School. As part of the wider Busy Bees Aotearoa whānau, we are backed by a national network that provides global expertise and high-quality professional development. This partnership ensures our team is supported with the resources and training to deliver an innovative local curriculum while maintaining the warm, community-focused atmosphere our Havelock North whānau love.
About you:
You are someone who brings a proactive "can-do" spirit and a genuine heart for the early years. Whether you are beginning your ECE journey or bringing experience from other sectors, we value the integrity and warmth you bring to our team. We are looking for a reliable team member who communicates with clarity, values the power of Whanaungatanga, and is passionate about supporting children's emerging social skills. You take pride in maintaining an inclusive and engaging environment where learning unfolds naturally and every individual success is celebrated.
