We are on the lookout for a eCommerce Assistant at our Christchurch head office whose values align and can collaborate as part of a team to embody our brand ethos and drive the business forward. 

The Role

In our face-paced, ever evolving digital environment, you will be supporting the eCommerce Trading Manager and working along side the wider eCommerce and Marketing team. This includes involvement in preparing product content and coordination, creative content and coordination, customer service, photoshoots and retail operational support. 

You will be responsible for daily administrative tasks, managing the product flow, product image editing, and assisting with other eCommerce related tasks as required.

The eCommerce Assistant is also responsible for, however not limited to the following:

• Product Image Processing: Process all eCommerce product imagery for Stirling Sports, STIRLINGWOMEN, Taylor Sport, Terra Nova & Pursuit of Happiness sites to ensure they have a consistent look and feel and meet the size requirements.
• Product Management: Follow the buy plan and ensure all core range product can flow from the ERP to the eCommerce platform in a timely manner. Complete any product related tasks as requested by the eCommerce Trading Manager. Ensure the product list is keep up to date and source product descriptions from brands for the Content Writer to follow and re-write descriptions.
• Collection Creation: Create marketing collections as requested.
• Photoshoot Support: Help the eCommerce & Marketing team with eCommerce photoshoots as required.
• Store Communication: Liaise with stores as required on product and stock.
• eCommerce Support: Support the wider eCommerce team as required.

The Ideal Candidate will be:

• In possession of strong communication skills, with the ability to multi-task.
• Accurate and strong attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills to keep up with a busy workload.
• Be enthusiastic about the brands and ranges Stirling Sports and STIRLINGWOMEN have to offer.
• Be passionate about providing excellent levels of customer service.
• Have knowledge of the retail industry and understanding of a fast paced working environment.
• Ideally have experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop and Shopify.
