Job Description
Thisis a fantastic opportunity to join our team based in Rotorua andprovide high quality and timely inspection and certification services to our customers in the Upper North Island region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection of boilers and pressure vessels in accordance with NZ Regulations and Standards.
- Inspection of Cranes in accordance with NZ Regulations and Standards.
- Welding inspection in accordance with NZ Regulations and Standards.
- This will involve inspection at client sites across Tauranga and surrounding regions.
- Identify and assist in developing and securing both new business and new business opportunities.
- Provide training and mentoring to trainees when qualified to do so.
- 40 hours a week with overtime opportunities
Qualifications
- Experience in surveying or inspection of boilers, pressure vessels.
- Experience in surveying or inspection of cranes preferred but not essential.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering/relevant Technology or Sciencepreferred but not essential.
- Certification Board for Inspection Personnel (CBIP) Qualifications in a relevant discipline would be ideal.
