We are looking for an experienced and talented Engineering Admin Assistant to be based at our Kaiapoi plant, where we operate a factory, product development and warehousing & logistics facilities and maintain our head office. This is a key support role where you will be providing clerical support for management of engineering purchases, spare parts coordination, work task planning and documentation.
Key Elements for this role
Completion of engineering purchase order requests, including
Coordinating engineering work task requests
Managing work order data entry / task close
Monitoring and Assisting of our Engineering Contractor / Visitor reception and sign in documentation controls.
You will be required to assist our Maintenance Manager to plan and coordinate maintenance programs with a potential opportunity for this role to grow into a future Maintenance Planner role.
