What will your day look like:

As an Engineering Designer, you'll be joining our experienced team and have a chance to work hands-on with our clients.  The primary deliverables for this role will involve generating infrastructure reports and drawings for land development projects, with the added opportunity to conduct site inspections as your designs progress to construction. Our designs are mostly carried out using ArcGIS and a custom GIS plugin where you will be able to use your skills in GIS to support the engineering team and contribute to continuous improvement of the design software.  Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped for the responsibilities of the position. In this role, you will be tasked with offering innovative solutions and delivering excellent service to a broad spectrum of clients, including those in the public sector, architects, planners, developers, builders, and individuals. Your role will be pivotal, and we place trust in your ability to deliver results.

We will provide all the necessary training for this role, but the candidate must have experience with ArcGIS, hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geography, GI Science or Environmental Science or a similar degree obtained in the past 3 years and be legally allowed to work in New Zealand.
