This role is crucial in managing and organising the engineering inventory to ensure our engineering teams have the necessary equipment.

Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

What you’ll be doing

• Ensuring inventory master data is accurate and reviewed periodically to align with stakeholder requirements
• Ensuring purchases are processed through the correct approval process and generating PO’s
• Working with maintenance teams to ensure the procurement and stock levels are managed and reviewed periodically, to optimize inventory holdings
• Receiving, storing, and distributing items, as well as maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
• Placing orders for required stock in a timely manner

What's in your toolkit?

• Experience in a similar role
• Understanding of purchasing and inventory
• Collaborative approach and ability to work as park of a team
• Eagerness to learn
• Ability to prioritise time and easily managing multiple tasks
• Strong systems experience – SAP experience is a bonus
