A high performing set of teams which work on systems that keep New Zealand moving. As part of our wider Products & Services Technology area you’ll work on customer and bank critical systems which truly matter, across a diverse set of technologies and stakeholders.
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
The Engineering Lead role offers the chance to combine technical leadership with people management to drive engineering excellence in development teams. By aligning with business goals and focusing on team empowerment and engineering excellence, you’ll cultivate a high-performance culture and drive continuous improvement.
This role can be based in Wellington or Auckland. It is a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days where you can work flexibly.

An experienced and high performing group of engineers, analysts, and testers. You’ll be leading two teams, and your leadership peers are strategic thinkers, supportive and diligent in their approach.
