Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering collaboration and high standards.
• Oversee and drive solution design and build, including tech stack migrations with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products.
• Mentor and support the professional growth of team members.
• Ensure adherence to modern coding, testing, and deployment practices.
• Share your experience and knowledge in a supportive team environment.
• Maintain excellent communication with supporting teams—Sales, Marketing, and Delivery.
• Be a visible and proactive advocate for collaboration.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a technical leader in the software industry.
• Significant experience with Python, including designing and implementing scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Demonstrated success in leading migrations between tech stacks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Experience with Django, including building and maintaining web applications.
• Experience with Node/Next/React.
• Background in data engineering and/or machine learning, with practical experience in deploying data-driven solutions.
