We offer a friendly and open environment with leading flexible working practices that help people maintain a personal and professional balance that works for them and their whanau."If you asked me, what is the greatest thing in this world, I would say it is people, it is people, it is people."As the Customer Delivery Coordinator within our Customer Success team you will support the delivery of outstanding customer experience to our largest and most complex customers.Working across multiple teams within One New Zealand and strategic vendors, you will coordinate across network infrastructure lifecycle activities, ensuring that core network equipment is refreshed as required and remains in vendor support. Ultimately helping our customers stay securely and reliably connected.Ko to mahi – what you'll do Forecasting of license lifecycle for customer equipment that our customer's managed services rely on.Tracking and forecasting all support milestones for CPE (software, security, hardware milestones etc)Coordination and support of inputs and activities required to enable replacement equipment e.g. site visits, SoW and BoM inputsProject Delivery support and coordination of change planning and impact assessmentsAssist with ongoing governance activities as part of the new TaaS CPE lifecycle programmeHelp to coordinate customer contract reviews for changes to support agreementsProvide customer comms templates for contract variations and monitor responsesOngoing updates to ensure equipment list CMDB is always up to date and accurateMonitor Cisco and NEC portals to clarify in and out of support dates for each piece of kit and support category (software, hardware etc)Tracking and forecasting all support milestones for CPE (software, security, hardware milestones etc)Na tou rourou - what you'll bring Effective communication skills written and verbalDetail oriented, a critical thinker able to spot opportunities for improvements, faults and achievementsExperience with data management, systems and tools that relate to project deliveryCalm and effective under pressureProcess improvement experience of continual; plan, do, adjustSome understanding of corporate and government ICT sales and service environmentsOne New Zealand is leading the way by ensuring you can have a truly balanced life.
