EquipOutdoors is looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team in Hamilton as a Warehouse Dispatch and Customer Service Support superstar.

About the Role:

This role offers a variety of tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse and providing excellent customer service. You'll be responsible for:

• Opening/closing the warehouse.
• Processing online orders.
• Answering customer enquiries via email & phone (order requests, tracking, shipping, processing updates)
• Picking & packing orders for dispatch.
• Processing & storing incoming goods.
• Handling lost/damaged goods claims.
• Completing tasks from the retail store.
• Creating stock transfer lists.
• Moving stock between warehouse & retail store.
• Ordering warehouse supplies (packaging, stationery)
• Arranging cardboard recycling collection.
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness & organisation.
• Assisting with stocktakes.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude & willingness to learn.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
• Restricted or full driver's license.

The Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm
• Total: 37.5 hours per week
• Some Saturday work required during peak periods (Black Friday, Xmas/New Year sales)
