Step into a role where your expertise in employee relations and people advisory help create positive outcomes for our people and leaders. As an ER Partner (People Specialist) in our newly created ER & Advisory team, you'll partner closely with leaders, HRBP's and our unions to navigate complex people matters with confidence, balancing commercial outcomes, employee experience and risk through practical, people-centred advice. Due to internal movements, we are currently recruiting for a 6-month fixed term contract and will likely have an additional 12-month opportunity.
With a strong reputation for culture, service and innovation, Air New Zealand is consistently ranked as one of New Zealand’s most attractive employers. Behind the scenes, our People team is evolving the way we support leaders across the business. As part of our ER & Advisory team which sits within our wider People Partnering function, you'll join a collaborative team focused on delivering timely, practical and consistent employee relations partnership, while continuing to strengthen the tools, processes and ways of working that enable our leaders to make the best decisions about their people and also support the rest of our People team to operate at their best.
