We're looking for a proactive and solutions-driven Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team at Live Nation New Zealand in a 6-month fixed term contract based in Auckland.
In this role, you'll be the right hand to our Managing Director of New Zealand and Senior Vice President Venue Development ANZ, managing everything from complex calendars and international travel to strategic briefing materials and stakeholder communications. You'll be trusted to anticipate needs before they arise, keep operations running seamlessly, and maintain absolute discretion across all levels of the business.
