We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Chief Property Officer and Campus Environment team on a 7-month fixed-term basis. While the role is focused on partnering closely with one senior leader, you will also engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across the University.
Campus Environment is the University of Auckland’s service division responsible for managing and enhancing the physical, social and wellbeing environments across all campuses, supporting a safe, welcoming and sustainable experience for students, staff and visitors.
This is a busy and varied position that sits at the centre of a high-performing and professional division. You will play an important role in ensuring effective communication, coordination and support, bringing a proactive and well-organised approach to managing priorities and enabling business outcomes.

This is a fixed-term, full-time position (37.5 hours per week), running for 7 months. The salary range for this role is $78,600 to $90,000, negotiable depending on skills and experience.
