Provide support and advice to the Chief Executive
Based at our Petone Office, Wellington
This is a full time, permanent position of 40 hours per week
The remuneration range for this role is $74,325 to $104,929 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience.
The opportunity
This is a fabulous role for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide proactive support to the Chief Executive, Tiaki Wai Board and wider Executive Team. Your professional skills and advice will enable the Chief Executive to perform their responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
Provide executive administrative support to the Chief Executive including diary management and correspondence.
Proactively plan and schedule meetings, agendas, travel arrangements and events.
Develop and maintain effective office procedures, document management systems and reporting.
Lead, support and influence continuous improvement across the Executive Assistant network.
Build collaborative working relationships across the Executive Leadership Team, external stakeholders and the wider organisation.
About you
You will have a reputation for being calm under pressure and the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently and professionally. Your administrative, planning and organisational skills will be of the highest calibre in line with the responsibilities of the role.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
An exceptional standard of planning and organising, coupled with administrative excellence and technical expertise.
Professional relationship management with the ability to build rapport quicky, encompass a collaborative working style with influence and adaptability.
Proven ability to display discretion, confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.
High-level communication skills, excellent written and verbal capabilities and concise minute taking.
