Seeking a Dynamic Executive Assistant - 1-year fixed term

Are you a master of organisation, a pro at problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're on the lookout for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team and become an integral part of our story.

As our Executive Assistant, you'll be the right hand to our General Manager, ensuring her days run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, interpreting data and extracting relevant information, creating reporting structures and various forms of written communication, handling correspondence, and anticipating needs before they arise. Your keen attention to detail and exceptional communication skills will be crucial in facilitating seamless interactions both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate is a multitasking maestro, able to juggle multiple priorities with ease while maintaining a positive attitude. You're a proactive problem-solver who thrives on challenges and is always two steps ahead. Your professionalism and discretion make you a trusted confidante, handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing executives' calendars and scheduling appointments

- Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials

- Providing administrative support as needed 

- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations

- Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

Minimum of 30 hours per week, Mon – Fri, specific hours by mutual agreement. 

Based in Te Awamutu or remotely.
