The program is architecting, designing, and implementing harmonised processes and deploying a digital, modular technology stack to enable IAG's target operating model.As an Executive Manager, you will provide comprehensive delivery leadership to multidisciplinary program teams across IAG, ensuring the seamless integration of designs and technologies to deliver end-to-end solutions. Your responsibilities include leading teams and stakeholders through the transformation, managing scope and defining business processes and requirements to enable simplification, leverage scale, and enhancing customer experience. You will focus on all aspects of business delivery, continuous improvement and working in partnership with technical delivery, ensuring that solutions benefit and cost targets.This is a permanent, full-time position based in Auckland.• You'll bring your extensive experience in large-scale technology system implementation or transformation program delivery.• While experience in the General Insurance industry is preferred, your excellent leadership and influencing skills are paramount.• You excel in managing relationships across business, technology platforms, and programs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.• Your demonstrated leadership skills are a testament to your ability to exemplify values and behaviors while enhancing team capability and optimizing performance.• You're adept at working within an Agile delivery environment, and your stakeholder management and influencing skills at the executive and general manager level are well-established.• You possess a proven capability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and respond effectively to change.Applications close on Wednesday, 26 June 2024 at 23:59pm.Mo matou| About usIAG is the largest general insurance group in Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia.
