Fluid Recruitment is a national provider of specialised recruitment services in New Zealand. We are an established premium brand that has been operating for over a decade, now with offices across NZ and spanning into Sydney. We are looking to grow our current team in 2023 to help service our loyal client base that stretched from small kiwi start-ups, to large scale international accounts that span across NZ and Australia.


Our specialised team currently operates across a fixed range of industry verticals, specialising in Accountancy & Finance, Legal, Engineering, IT, Planning & Surveying and Commercial.




About The Opportunity:


We are looking to expand operations in our Dunedin HQ or regional Wanaka office, with capacity to welcome experienced agency professionals looking to transfer their skillset into for an autonomous billing-focusd role, or looking to step-up and develop a team at a management level.


Being a mid-sized and independently owned consultancy, we welcome new ideas and experiences from our people. About You:


As an experienced professional, you will have 3 + years of working in a 360-degree agency based role, exceeding targets, handling complex negotiations, managing relationships, and actively developing new business relationships. You must enjoy working in a team, be target driven and able to demonstrate tenacity, perseverance, and persistence.


At Team Fluid, our Consultants are ambitious, perceptive, and driven by fostering and developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike. As a senior consultant joining our team, you will have the full support of our senior management team and access to our comprehensive PD resource pool. Management training actively available for those looking to develop this skillset.

We are open to facilitating discussions around transferring your experience into one of our existing market verticals, or supporting you establish your own practice within your technical industry of choice, whether it be IT, architecture, sales, logistics, or something more unique - we want to hear from you.
