Export Coordinator / (Pinned) Customs Broker – South East Auckland

The company is a leading manufacturer and distributor of roofing products servicing a global client market that delivers a high quality products and services to its customers.

They require a self-starter to manage the logistics of their operation, playing a crucial role in facilitating the export process to all overseas markets.

This involves managing all processes associated with customs entries, export shipping documentation, compliance, coordinating shipments, and providing first class support to all customers and partners around the globe.

Requirements:

• Proven experience using: SAP, PRODOC and being NZ Certified (Pinned) 
  Customs Declarant.
• Familiar with INCO Terms
• Accuracy and a keen eye for detail
• Be a confident and clear communicator
• Display a good knowledge of the local freight industry, its service providers and authorities, including the Tarif.
• Long term legal working rights in New Zealand

The role is very varied and includes liaising and booking space with the Shipping Lines, Freight-forwarders, and Carriers
