Job Description - Export Sales Support Coordinator

The Role

Join our dynamic team as the Export Sales Support Coordinator, a pivotal role where you’ll collaborate with the Channel Manager to drive the success of our global sales operations. As the main point of contact for our channel partners, you’ll be essential in delivering exceptional support, managing relationships, and driving strategic initiatives.

In this role you will:

  • Act as the primary contact for channel partner inquiries, supporting their success.
  • Collaborate with the B2B Channel Manager to support existing relationships with current and/or partners in channel markets and lead selected secondary market partners.
  • Support initial communications with new market sales opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with the team to Develop and execute expansion strategies and sales plans for target markets and channels
  • Strategise and implement collaborative marketing initiatives including advertising, merchandising, branding and promotions. 
  • Identify and champion sales, marketing and success materials that support effective brand and sales promotion (to brand standard) and customer care/success.
  • Manage and support channel administrative activities such as SKU offerings, project manage channel initiatives and maintain CRM software (Zoho). 
  • Report regularly to B2B Channel Manager regarding progress against strategy. 
  • Be the voice of our global customers inside Goodnature to surface channel customer and product challenges. 
  • Provide support for NZ and Australian customers and cover for the B2B Channel Manager during planned leave. 

About You

You will have a strong understanding of customer support, keen eye for detail and knack for multitasking, ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, and a drive to ensure smooth operations and success for your Team. 

  • Customer Support Expertise: Bring 2-5 years of customer support or commercial experience to the table.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are essential.
  • Detail-Oriented: Excel in multitasking and managing detail-oriented tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and proofreading.
  • Solutions Focused: Capacity to identify issues and develop solutions in a proactive and resourceful manner.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
  • Professionalism: Ability to provide courteous and professional assistance to internal and external stakeholders..
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
