We provide our clients with humanised IT service desk support and help resolve daily roadblocks to keep them moving along. Our clients can leverage the knowledge and expertise of our senior consultants and have access to CIO-level strategy and guidance. Project delivery? No problem! We can step in and bring long-term and short-term projects to life. We enable productivity and

peace of mind for our clients and help them get the most out of their technology.

 Although we are happy to provide training for the technical side of things, any of the following on your CV would be a bonus:

• Previous technical help desk support experience


• Experience working in IT, telecommunications or customer service industries


• Microsoft 365 administrator experience. Being certified is always a plus!


• Azure, AWS or Google administration experience
