We are seeking expressions of interest from Legal Assistant's looking to make a move this year.
We recruit for temporary, fixed-term contracts & permanent roles in Wellington & Auckland. I am keen to hear from candidates with experience in the legal sector in a administration capacity.
Some of your responsibilities may include:
- assisting partners & broader team with diary & email management
- prepping legal documents
- data entry
- invoicing / billing
- General office administration duties
About you:You will have a proven track record as a legal administrator/assistant, a keen eye for detail, and able to prioritise tasks easily. You will need to be able to write correspondence in a professional manner and be comfortable with picking up new systems.
Experience working with dictaphone and knowledge of AML is highly desirable.
