We work closely with individuals, their families, and whānau to understand their holistic needs and provide comprehensive, wraparound in-home health services that promote independence and wellbeing. We are seeking Expressions of Interest for a variety of roles across New Zealand:

1. Community Support Worker: Working closely with our clients in the community and assisting them with daily cares which could include personal cares, moving and handling, meal prep and home-help.


2. Client Services Manager/Service Coordinator: Working closely and coordinating support teams in the community to deliver high quality services to our clients.
   


3. Area Managers: Develop and maintain operational and strategic relationships whilst leading regional operation teams and managing business performance.


4. Registered Nurse/Community Nurse: Assessing and providing nursing and other clinical cares to our clients in the community which may include bladder and bowel management, falls and pressure injury prevention, wound care. Includes our Wound Care team, for those specializing only in this area.
   


5. Physiotherapist


6. Occupational Therapist
   


7. Support Teams: Working with the Supporting Teams such as Human Resources, Administration, IT, Payroll, Referral and Finance, Quality, Community Nursing & Allied Health Coordinator, etc

We are based across New Zealand and have offices in:

1. Northland


2. Auckland (Head-Office)


3. Waikato


4. Bay of Plenty


5. Manawatu-Whanganui


6. Wellington


7. Canterbury


8. Otago


9. Southland
