Team Hobby is growing and our COMMUNITY are loving F45!

YOU CAN BE PART OF IT!!  We urgently need more “super heroes” to join the team!!  Want morning shifts?  Weekend shifts?  Multiple Roles available and we will tailor to suit.
 

We have opportunities for experienced trainers to join the team and pick up mainly morning shifts, an afternoon shift and weekend mornings on rotation.  There will be fixed shifts to provide you with regular and predictable shifts for life balance.  This is PERFECT for an instructor/trainer seeking to supplement their current position elsewhere. 

F45 Hobsonville is growing in popularity with the local community and ideally we would love to engage someone closely affiliated with our community.

Our classes are fun and we have developed our own Team Hobby culture.  It would be great if you were already part of this vibrant community.  You will need to rock it!!  We want personality, attitude, F45 experience and knowledge.  You will look after member's correctness in the first instance then ensure they get maximum value from their training under your guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively assist and correct members exercise techniques, as well as being passionate, engaging and motivating to the group each class.
- Assist in completing fitness appraisals, pre-exercise screening and the sale of memberships and other interactions.
- Build a family culture within the studio that encourages people of all shapes and sizes to train with us.
- Deliver instruction in the F45 terminology.
- Deliver high quality group training classes to F45 Hobsonville members.
- Demonstrate and Introduce Classes.
- 1 on 1 personal training in a group environment. 
- Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained.
- Actively participate on social media channels.

 

Skills, Experience and Requirements

- PASSION, ENTHUSIASM and genuine motivation to improve the lives of others
- Exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills
- Experience in delivering group fitness sessions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, some early mornings and weekend mornings when required.  We do need flexibility and the willingness to help the team as required
- Confident in front of a large group
- Self motivated and can motivate others
- Team player - you need to work well with your fellow trainers
- Certificate III in Personal Training as a minimum
- Current First Aid 

- Outstanding time management required - classes start on time every time!!
