We have a fantastic opportunity for a person to join an organisation who understands that people are the key to success. This role is a full time-permanent position with a great opportunity for you to operate in role that provides growth and development along the way! Whilst we seek effectiveness and efficiency, a great attitude, enjoy working outdoors and being physically fit is all you will need!    

About the role  

• This role will work 40 hours per week, Sunday - Thursday from 3:00am - 11.30am 
• Overtime rates paid at T1.5      
• To be successful and fulfilled in this role you will need to enjoy consistently moving as there is a lot of walking involved   
• Strong focus on Health & Safety      

You will be making a difference to our community by:  

• Sweeping, washing and cleaning service lanes. 
• Litter and graffiti removal  
• Cleaning road carriageways, paved surfaces, kerbing, litter bins and street signs  
• Weed and moss suppression  
• Keeping our beautiful city sparkly clean!  

About you  

• Current Full Drivers Licence – Class 1 
• Physically fit – walking long distances is a part of the role  
• Positive and a team player  
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised  
• Ability to tolerate working in various weather conditions (PPE provided)
• Enjoy the satisfaction of a job completed
