F&B Attendant | Duke of Wellington

The Duke is a little different from your standard Gastropub, we pride ourselves on having some personality and a bit of banter with our customers, it is important that the successful candidate is comfortable with this and able to live the spirit of the Duke.  

The Duke of Wellington is all about having some fun with dining, eating great food and getting great service so you need to live these values.  We want the Duke to be a local establishment where people go to enjoy a great craft beer, amazing wines and eat some great food made with local ingredients.

We have a delicious menu which changes regularly and the team work hard creating amazing dishes for our troops, but to go along with the amazing food we need amazing customer service as well, this is where you come in.  As part of the team you will provide excellent customer service, serving our loyal troops their craft beers and wines after a tough day on the battlefield.

What we need from you:

• A passion for customer service and Food and Beverage


• Willingness to learn
  


• Able to follow instructions, policies and processes


• Excellent presentation and grooming


• Have an eye for details, be meticulous and work with check lists and any tools created to fulfil your tasks


• Reliable and Punctual is a must!


• Able to be flexible with hours - We are primarily looking for someone to work Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, with extra hours available when we have events on
  
  


• Be respectful at all time with all Team members and Guests.


• Have a Team spirit and help your colleagues from any departments
