As the Team Leader, your role will be involved in managing site operations on a daily basis from feed outs through to coaching and training your wider team. With many moving parts this role will see you building a team driven to achieve our vision here at Ingham's.

Responsibilities include:

• Completing planning and reporting on farm site performance
• Attending Farming meetings to report on and be involved in the overall success of our poultry division
• Leading, managing, and developing a team to ensure they have the capability to achieve company goals whilst upholding our high animal welfare standards
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives through working closely with the Farm Manager and wider teams
• Actively working towards achieving quality, safety, environment , animal welfare and financial goals for the Farm

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years' leadership experience
• Clear understanding and experience in farming operations, specifically in poultry
• Previous training and experience in animal welfare
• Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to motivate and drive the team from the front
• Ability to display initiative and strong problem solving skills
