Farro Ambassador - Online

Are you a super organised foodie who loves working at pace and making sure every detail is just right?

As a Farro Online Ambassador, you’ll help us bring the Farro experience to our online customers by carefully picking and packing orders, selecting the freshest and best products, and making sure every order is completed accurately and on time.

You’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of our Online department, taking ownership of orders, keeping things running smoothly and working closely with our leaders and wider store team.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Thursday to Monday.

What You’ll Do

• Pick and pack online orders with care, accuracy and an eye for quality


• Select the best and freshest products for our fabulous foodie customers


• Carefully check stock on hand and make confident, well-informed decisions when substituting or shorting products


• Ensure orders are completed accurately and within required deadlines


• Use our online systems confidently to manage and process customer orders


• Communicate effectively with leaders and the wider store team to keep the Online department running smoothly


• Take ownership of the day-to-day Online space and proactively jump in where needed


• Help create a positive, engaging and supportive team environment


• Deliver the exceptional customer experience Farro is known for
