Farro is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Farro Ambassador who champion our values and help deliver an inspirational food market experience every day!

As a Farro Ambassador, you’ll play a key role on the shop floor. You will ensure smooth store operations, and lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service. Your work will support our promises to our employees, customers, producers, and communities – all while making each visit to Farro a joyful one.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire customers with your food knowledge


• Run the department with the help of manager on rostering, scheduling breaks, delegations, follow ups and accountability


• Willing to learn and work across all areas/departments of the store
  Support merchandising and product displays that drive engagement and sales


• Lead by example in upholding food safety, health & safety, and store standards


• Support in-store tastings and community initiatives
  Contribute to commercial success by reducing waste and maintaining stock accuracy 

What You’ll Bring:

• A genuine passion for great food and customer experiences


• Calm, confident, and collaborative approach – even under pressure


• People management and leadership skill


• Experience in retail/hospitality


• Strong communication and time management skills


• Knowledge of food safety, retail operations, and stock handling processes

These are full-time roles working Tuesday to Saturday and/or Sunday to Thursday. Please specify your preference/availability
