About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Field Service Officer to join our Kerikeri team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing and maintaining electronic monitoring equipment for individuals serving community-based sentences, working across a variety of environments including courts, prisons, and residential homes. Duties:

• Installing and maintaining electronic monitoring equipment


• Responding to equipment faults and alert activations


• Attending callouts across courts, prisons, and residential locations


• Liaising with field support teams to resolve issues quickly


• Providing professional, respectful interactions with clients and stakeholders


• Assisting in other areas of the business when required

What you’ll need:

• A ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn


• Strong communication and listening skills


• Ability to think quickly and stay calm under pressure


• Good level of physical fitness


• Full NZ Driver’s Licence


• Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check


• A current COA or the ability to obtain one


• NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
