FIELD SERVICE OFFICERS

About the role: 

We have permanent full-time opportunities to join our Auckland team where we need staff to cover Electronic Monitoring Field Officer roles. You will be responsible for ensuring electronic monitoring equipment is correctly installed and working properly on people in the Community serving a non-custodial sentence, you will attend to locations such as courts, prisons and residential locations, as required to conduct these installs or call outs. 

You will be our first point of contact for any equipment failure, alert activations and you will liaise with our field support team to ensure issues are attended to and fixed quickly. This is an exciting fast-paced role where no 2 days will be the same.

What we need you to have: 

• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships 
• Excellent listening skills and ability to think, problem solve, and make decisions quickly in challenging environments 
• Ability to handle stress and pressure 
• Be Physically fit and healthy 
• Effective written and verbal communication skills 
• Current COA license or the ability to obtain one (we can assist you with this) 
• Full clean NZ Driver’s Licence 
• Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check
