We have an exciting opportunity to join our Finance team at Healthvision!
We're looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented and committed Finance Assistant to support our dynamic and friendly Finance team at our Head Office in Greenlane, Auckland.
This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours), ideal for someone with foundational finance experience who is eager to grow and contribute to a supportive environment.
About the Role:
As a Finance Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business. You’ll be responsible for a range of tasks, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, billing, bank reconciliations and other ad hoc finance duties.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in an evolving environment, collaborating across teams, engaging with our external funders, but also can work autonomously and deliver to required deadlines.
