The Role
In this integral role, you will be responsible for ensuring UniMed's financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. This includes receipting premiums, reconciling member accounts, processing supplier invoices, and supporting financial reporting processes. You will work collaboratively with the Finance Manager to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the customer experience.
About You
We're seeking a Finance Assistant Superstar with a knack for numbers and a passion for customer service. If you have previous finance administration and credit management experience, combined with strong MS Office skills and proficiency in accounting software like Microsoft Business Central, we want to hear from you! You'll be a master multi-tasker who thrives on detail, combining excellent organisational abilities with the autonomy to work independently when needed. With outstanding communication skills and a "pitch in" attitude, you'll provide exceptional service to members while driving continuous improvement. Above all, you must be a team player committed to UniMed's values and vision.
