About the Role

As the Finance Manager, you will be the key Finance Business Partner in the Global Marketing, Digital, Ecosystem and Design & Brand leadership teams, and provide essential analysis and decision support to local and global teams to improve financial performance and drive profitable growth in line with our marketing and digital strategy.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Leading the analysis of actual operating performance including variances, overheads and promotion spends to budget, with insights and guidance on implications for future performance

• Liasing with the commercial teams and management to interpret the financial and operational results and support with business unit monthly reviews

• Supporting and driving the centralisation of Global Marketing with governance over total spend by market, type and activity and effectiveness of spend

• Supporting Ecosystems drive new revenue streams, partnership arrangements, adjacent opportunities

• Developing initiatives, strategies, budgets / forecasts, and manage operating processes and programs that improve revenue, efficiencies and cost reduction

• Business case support, e.g. financial modelling for concept papers, supporting commercial thinking and due diligence for new opportunities to evolve and transform the business

• Other ad hoc support to the wider Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Global Finance team

About You

• 3+ years post accounting qualification experience

• Strong financial understanding and analytical skills

• Core understanding of accounting standards and its application

• Ability to identify opportunities to improve business performance

• Ability to grasp and understand complex business issues and translate to non-financial personnel
