Now, we're seeking a talented Finance & Payroll Administrator to start as soon as possible. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in our team, success, and that of our subsidiaries.

 Job Summary:

As the main Finance & Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoicing and payroll functions, processing between 250 - 350 employees weekly. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adhere to deadlines, as well as work independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling invoicing and payroll-related tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Payroll Processing:

  • Preparing and processing employee payroll on a regular schedule.
  • Ensuring all payroll transactions are accurate and timely.
  • Handling payroll queries and resolving any discrepancies.

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Managing accounts payable, including processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.
  • Handling accounts receivable, including invoicing customers and tracking payments.

3. Tax Compliance:

  • Preparing and filing payroll tax returns and other required reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

4. Record Keeping:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of financial data

5. Employee Records Management:

  • Maintaining employee payroll records, including leave balances and deductions.
  • Updating payroll information as necessary.

6. Audit Support:

  • Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

7. Benefits Administration:

  • Managing employee benefits.
  • Handling employee queries related to benefits and payroll.

8.System Management:

  • Utilizing payroll software and financial systems effectively.
  • Implementing updates and improvements to payroll and financial systems as needed.

9. Communication and Coordination:

  • Coordinating with HR and other departments to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing.
  • Communicating with employees regarding payroll-related issues and updates.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Finance & Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and labor laws.
  • Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to resolve difficult payroll situations.

Education and Experience:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

1 – 2+ years of relevant experience in payroll administration.
