across a fast-growing organisation. Your systems and decisions will shape our financial health.

Work with tools like MYOB and Power BI to bring visibility and insight to financial performance. Lead the evolution of data-driven decision-making across the group. 

What You’ll Do 

Finance Strategy & Analysis 

• Build and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts 

• Deliver insightful analysis to support operational and strategic decisions 

• Monitor performance vs. budget and provide actionable commentary 

Reporting & Compliance 

• Produce timely monthly and annual reports and financial statements 

• Ensure compliance with NZ tax obligations  

• Liaise with external accountants for annual accounts and filings 

Working Capital & Cashflow 

• Forecast cash flow and manage working capital performance 

• Set monthly purchasing envelopes and track spend against plan 

ERP & Costing Management 

• Maintain integrity of ERP costing systems (MYOB) 

• Ensure SKU-level costing is accurate and aligned with operations 

Data Integrity & BI Reporting 

• Lead development of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools 

• Take ownership of financial data quality across the organisation
  

What You Bring 

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 

• 4+ years in a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or senior analyst role (manufacturing/industrial preferred) 

• Deep knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and NZ tax compliance 

• Strong ERP skills (MYOB preferred) and advanced Excel/Power BI capability 

• A detail-focused mindset with the confidence to lead and influence 

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
