Christians Against Poverty (CAP) is looking for a Financial Mentor in Training to join our team and deliver CAP's Debt Help service to individuals and whānau experiencing financial hardship across Aotearoa.
If you're passionate about helping people, enjoy building meaningful relationships, and are eager to learn, we'll provide the training, support, and mentoring you need to become a confident and capable Financial Mentor.
No two days are the same in this collaborative and rewarding role. Working alongside experienced Financial Mentors, you'll learn how to support clients through their financial journey by providing practical, client-centred guidance that empowers them to move towards long-term financial wellbeing.
Reporting to the Financial Mentor Manager, you'll be supported to develop your skills while learning CAP's Debt Help model, financial mentoring best practice, and the frameworks that guide our service.
